Terms and conditions for using our rent a car service
Length of rental: The minimum period of renting a car is 24 hours. Weekend price include the time from friday-16.00h to monday -10.00÷. When returning the car the client has the right of 2 hours free of charge period, after that is accounted a whole rental day.
Requirements for the customer: Minimum age required for the driver is 21 years. To rent a car you must present valid driver’s license, driver must have a valid license for driving a motor vehicle for a minimum of 1 year prior to rental, passport or ID card.
Prices and way of payment: The rental price of the car is set on basis of the agreed rental fee for one day, according to the rental period. The rent have to be paid upon contract signing by credit or debit card, or have to be paid in advance, after specifying the rental period - by the bank account of the Lessor - Omega Trans Taxi Ltd–Sofia.

Deposit: Before the using of rent-a-car service or upon hiring the car the Renter is obliged to pay a guarantee deposit. The guarantee deposit is repaid upon returning the vehicle or is used for or liquidating the liabilities of the renter, if something is missing or damaged in the car. The guarantee deposit cannot be used for payment of contract period extension.
Payment by credit or debit card the deposit could be blocked
The rental price include:
  • using of the car;
  • unlimited mileage;
  • paid road fee and a year vignette;
  • Insurance:Third Party Liability insurance,
  • Insurance: Accident of the seats in the hired vehicle
  • Full Autocasco for the territory of EU.
The rental price does not include:
  • fuel – the car is rented with full tank. The expenses during the rental period are on the account of the renter and are not included in the rental price. The vehicle should be returned a with a full fuel tank.
    The missing fuel is paid according to the fuel price at the nearest petrol station
  • Insurances for traveling outside the territory of EU;
  • any damages and breakdowns on the vehicle undercarriage-suspension, tires, whee rims, etc;
  • driver.
Delivery:
Vehicle delivery/receipt during working hours from 9:00 till 18:00 in Sofia is free of charge. Upon vehicle delivery/receipt outside working hours an additional fee of 10 Euro is charged. The delivery outside Sofia , in Republic of Bulgaria is charged 150 Euro.
